HELLO THERE!

Christa Chadwick here.

Photographer and Mum to Eadie by day, Tribe leader... and still Mum to Eadie by night. But I am definitely not a superhero.

I launched Tribe at the beginning of 2024, at Further North in Leeds, with the hope that I'd be able to bring together women, who like me were self employed. Women who worked for themselves but wanted to help cheer each other on, lift each other up and see each other succeed. I wanted to create a support network as much as a business network. (I also wanted a child free evening once a month and the opportunity for a glass off wine.)

I wanted to create a Tribe.

It's networking for women like you haven't experienced it before. Think more socialising, than your "traditional" style of networking.

Tribe hosts monthly meet-ups with talks or workshops and a relaxed and laid back approach to networking. Tribe also host co-working days and family friendly meet-ups.

Tribe is a support network, a community and as such everyone is invited to contribute to what you'd like to see and ultimately what YOU want Tribe to be.

WHAT IS TRIBE?

WHO IS IT FOR?

Tribe is for self employed / business owning / freelancing / side-hustling women from all backgrounds and sectors.

It's for women, who want to meet other women.

Women who want to learn from others, share their own experiences, knowledge and cheer each other on.

Whether you're just starting out, you're somewhat of a pro or you're somewhere in the middle, there is a space for you at Tribe.

Networking should not, I repeat SHOULD NOT be something that you dread going to. That's why our meet-ups are laid back and informal.

At Tribe we believe that we shouldn't view each other as the competition, but view each other as allies.Sharing knowledge and experience = POWER.

Instead of pressure to pitch and create referrals, our focus is on building meaningful connections and relationships with like-minded women.

WHY DO WE NEED IT?
